Cancellation and No Show Policy: The nature of our business allows our stylists income opportunity when they are working on a guest. A "No Show" or last minute "Cancellation" greatly affects our stylist's income due to the ability to book another guest in that appointment time.
We require a 24-hour courtesy cancellation or reschedule call. In the event of a no show or that a 24-hour notice is not given, a $25 charge will be added to the guest account in our system. This amount must be paid before reserving future appointments.
